Cancun – Merida – Tulum Expressway Network will Benefit the Cancun Real Estate Area

Posted by Thomas Lloyd in yucatan real estate , Playa del Carmen Real Estate , Mexico Real Estate , living in Cancun , Cancun Real Estate

Thomas Lloyd

The Cancun real estate area is the focal point of an ever stronger network of tourist destinations throughout the Yucatan Peninsula, and those living in Cancun always enjoy the benefit of easy travel to various nearby colonial cities,  world-renowned pyramid sites, eco-parks, and other tourist destinations.  There are little Mexico real estate markets that have as many tourist attractions in such a reduced area such as the Yucatan  real estate area.  Due to this unique situation, plans are underway to make transportation from the Cancun real estate area to various key destinations easier and faster.  There are currently plans awaiting approval for the construction of two new branches from the Merida-Cancun highway, and a new expressway.

In the Mexico real estate purchase process, the ONLY authority permitted to draft a deed transferring real property or an interest in real property is the Mexican Notary Public This person is different from a Notary Public in the United States where a simple exam, bond, and a rubber stamp can make a Notary Public out of most people Nor it is similar to Canada's Notary Public who must meet a few more stringent requirements to qualify Not so many, however as the Mexican Notary

President Calderon Announces that Recession Will Soon End: Good News For Mexico Real Estate Market

Posted by Thomas Lloyd in yucatan real estate , properties in mexico , Playa del Carmen Real Estate , Mexico Real Estate , cozumel real estate , Cancun Real Estate

In the past decade, Mexico real estate buyers have seen the economy, infrastructure and services in this country improve drastically As the international recession continues to loom over the world, buyers may be more cautious, wondering what the long term effects might be, and if the current standard of living here will be decreased. However, the current government is not only reassuring that Mexico will come out of the recession stronger than ever, but is taking action to help guarantee this outcome. Also, as other countries begin to pull out of the recession, it may be an intelligent excercise for foreign buyers to review the options and take advantage of price reductions in various regions including the market of Playa del Carmen real estate and Cancun real estate ,Yucatan Real Estate areas, and even Cozumel real estate activities before the price pressures start rising the values.

Why use a Mexico buyers broker

With pre-construction Cancun condominiums popping up on every corner there is a huge variety of options in the current marketplace. But with so many options to choose from it is sometimes difficult to sift out the one perfect deal that is worth a second look. Not only is the abundance of options overwhelming, but it can create a risk to the inexperienced buyer here in the Cancun real estate market.

Choosing the Right Mexico Real Estate Agent

Posted by Thomas Lloyd in purchasing property in mexico , Mexico Real Estate , mexico purchase , Cancun Real Estate

Thomas Lloyd

An important aspect of purchasing real estate in Mexico is finding the right brokerIt is nota requirement to have a Mexico real estate license, so anyone can sell real estate. However, there is a professional association which adheres to ethical standards. This association is called A.M.P.I. (The Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals) and is recognized by NAR (National Association of Realtors in the USA). Since real estate is a major investment, it is important to choose a broker that forms a part of this association to assure you are dealing with a reputable company in the Cancun Real estate market or any region throughout Mexico.

I finally found a perfect Cancun real estate paradise, a beautiful two bedroom condo right on the white sandy beach overlooking the turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean and at an unbelievable price of $200,000 USD I am sitting on my terrace admiring the fabulous view, knocking back a couple of margaritas and adding up all the Cancun condo rental income that has come streaming in. I have been enjoying wonderful vacations that this income pays for and not to mention that I have been putting a tidy sum away with the super cash flow it s bringing in.
