Mexican Presidency published last week a good news for all the residents of the State of Guanajuato where San Miguel de Allende is located, a popular city for Americans and Canadians to retire.

Mexico's Health Care is a mix of several options any Mexican or person living or visiting in Mexico has to take care of his/her health by a constitutional mandate.

Mexico Vs USA World Cup qualifier soccer match will be today in Mexico City at the Azteca Stadium.  After the previous match in New Jersey where Mexico won 5-0 what is expected in this match? To me it is very interesting.

I know that today at 3.00 P.M in Mexico there is nothing more important than this match. And maybe for us Americans  living in Mexico is the same.

As an American living in Mexico, when the USA plays against Mexico I always split my heart. Today I think that Mexico will win and Mexico need to win more than the USA.

Our first album of photos from this trip was on the Veracruz area. We started about 10:30am on Fri. April 17,09 and made better time than expected on the excellent highways between Guadalajara and Mexico City and therefore decided to push on to Puebla on day one. Five O'Clock, through Mexico City was a challenge. We had never driven through it before but after about 2 ½ hours, darkness had fallen and we were on the outskirts and our way to Puebla.

Colonial Mexico is a fabulous trip to Europe without the dent in your pocket book and without taking out your credit cards. So much of the feeling of European architecture is here in the old colonial centros of the towns like Queretaro, Guanajuato, Puebla, Cuernavaca and of course Mexico City.

Boomers Abroad

BoomersAbroad.com was born in direct response to hundreds of conversations with baby boomers from the USA and Canada who were seeking a new life, and to better understand how they might live abroad, travel abroad, relocate abroad, retire abroad and/or invest abroad. Leading industry experts and many of those who have journeyed ahead will share their personal experiences and knowledge in a great variety of areas.

Boomers Living Abroad

The number of Americans and Canadians living abroad, by today's count approximately 7 million (according to The Washington Post), is twice the population of Chicago and greater than that of 33 U.S. States. A number that has grown steadily over the past decade, and it is expected to more than double within ten years. In the next 20 years, 100 million baby boomers, from the USA and Canada, are going to retire. Five million baby boomers turn age 60 each year, Ten Thousand per day, Eight per minute, and scores of them are purchasing property abroad as vacation homes or investment homes. Naturally, many of them are auditioning these homes for potential primary retirement residences.
