Today I received a question from someone about paying bills. I knew I’d written about it once before and found myself digging into the old article file. AHA! This one appeared in the now-defunct Discover Los Cabos monthly. It answered the question from my contact, and so I figured it will be helpful to someone here at some point. The info is all still accurate except that some banks are now sending monthly statements; but don’t count on getting them on a reliable basis. It’s still best to put all the important dates on your calendar.

I’m having trouble answering an email from a client, something that NEVER happens. But this time I am. It’s not that I mind saying “I don’t know.” No, what I mind like heck is having to say “I don’t know and I don’t know how to find out.” THAT really sticks in my craw.

Here’s the situation. She wants to know if she should drop the price of her house again, and if that will help it sell. And I really don’t want to answer.
