When considering a luxury home surrounded by nature in Tulum, there are two basic approaches you can take.  One is to start with nature, adding a luxury home built; the other is to start with luxury, and gain access to nature by means of a golf course, for example.

When considering a luxury home surrounded by nature in Tulum real estate, there are two basic approaches you can take.  One is to start with nature, investing in Tulum land for sale, and then having an ecological home built; the other is to start with luxury, and gain access to nature by means of a golf course, for example.

The first approach is part of what has given Tulum a distinct, eco-focused culture.  Ecological land developments have bylaws both protecting the nature but also ensuring that homes built are visually appealing and add to the value and atmosphere of the community.  Communities like these tend to be off the grid, and homes are built by experienced constructors who know how to offer luxury living with sustainable principles.

The second approach focuses on luxury first, and offers nature as a close second.  For example, lots for sale in Bahia Principe real estate are on the resort complex’s awe-inspiring golf course.  The landscaping of the golf course, the design of the homes and the resort amenities all place the homes to be built in immediate luxury; yet nature is carefully integrated into the golf course, making beautiful views of the jungle and the area’s natural wildlife a part of day to day relaxation.

Both approaches to owning a home in Tulum offer nature and luxury, in abundant quantities!  One offers nature first, then adds luxury.  The other offers luxury first, and carefully integrated nature.

Boomers Living Abroad

The number of Americans and Canadians living abroad, by today's count approximately 7 million (according to The Washington Post), is twice the population of Chicago and greater than that of 33 U.S. States. A number that has grown steadily over the past decade, and it is expected to more than double within ten years. In the next 20 years, 100 million baby boomers, from the USA and Canada, are going to retire. Five million baby boomers turn age 60 each year, Ten Thousand per day, Eight per minute, and scores of them are purchasing property abroad as vacation homes or investment homes.
