Cuenca or the complete name is Santa Ana de los cuatro Rios de Cuenca is the third largest city in Ecuador. It is the capital of the Azuay Province.

Cuenca is arguably the most charming with its cobblestone streets, old world cathedral, colonial parks, and urban rivers.
