More and more, people are buying real estate through either the traditional trust (Fideicomiso) or a company purchase. The buyers’ usage patterns have changed, as they now seem to spend more time with their family and friends in a fantastic climate. As the destination has improved its infrastructure and become more appealing to visitors from all age groups, the number of people staying in homes or condos has grown immensely.
