What is the AMERICAS REAL ESTATE EXPO?

ARRExpo is a showcase of developments, properties, mortgage companies, banks, retirement service plans and life insurance companies from Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Panama, Belize, the Bahamas, Bay Islands, Nicaragua, Mexico, the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. Worldwide

A place for developers, buyers, realtors, brokers, investors, financial institutions and all of the services and support orgazinations for real estate investments, all meet within one venue. 


About the A.R.E. Expo

Mission: To promote, organize and produce a real estate convention for agents, brokers and buyers with pre-scheduled trade sales appointments with representatives from properties from across the Americas continents. AREExpo's main goal is to bring real estate agents and brokers from the United States, the Caribbean, Canada, Latin America, Europe, United Kingdom, Russia and others to conduct business under one venue.

Attendance: Initial response indicates as many as 300 real estate agents and brokers to attend with 100 exhibitors.

Schedule: Schedule is two days to trade -  and one day - trade and public.

Consumer Buyers: AREExpo is targeting "baby boomers" and retiree's and investors from around the world. Primary target market regions are: the United States, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, Russia, Latin America and others. Bringing agents, brokers and buyers to Costa Rica will familiarize attendees to the Latin America region.

Exhibitors: A selection of international companies representing the real estate, financial institutions, mortgage companies, insurance agencies, investors, developers, educational resources, health plan and medical options, tourism associations and airline industries from the Americas continent. Countries such as: Canada, United States, Mexico, Belize, Nicaragua, Panama, Honduras, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Uruguay, Argentina, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, the Bahamas and other Caribbean destinations.

Marketing:  AREExpo's marketing plan includes participation in international real estate conventions in the United States, United Kingdom and Europe. At these events we will present our expo to potential buyers, investors, agents and brokers attending each event. In addition, AREExpo has scheduled widespread display ad presentations with select major real estate and investor publications. AREExpo has also established an informative search-engine-friendly web site, initiated placement of strategic web site banners and thumb nail ads, and plan repetitive direct mail campaigns to select, upscale lifestyle recipients. Also, AREExpo has developed affiliations with worldwide real estate associations to further enhance the expo.

Associates: AREExpo is currently working with professional associates throughout the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic, Germany, Panama, Ecuador, Mexico and Costa Rica.

CIPS: $99. (Certified International Property Specialist)
Class is in Spanish with only 40 slots available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Class is held on July 2nd only.

TRC: $99 (Transnational Referral Certification)
This class is in Spanish and held July 4th only. The goal of this course is to prepare real estate professionals to make and receive compensated referrals using the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations’ Transnational Referral System and integrate international referrals into their buyers.

The Americas Real Estate Expo is managed by qualified event producers and marketing professionals.

Tim Hall - Executive Producer - Halls experience spans over decades of management with more than 200 major events - concerts, festivals and major sports events such as the Orange Bowl Parade & Festival, the Super Bowl, the Coconut Grove Art Festival and the Dragon Boat Festival. As General Manager of the Orange Bowl for 5 seasons Hall was responsible for management, production, security, logistic, food & beverages and more. Hall is currently CEO of Destinations Marketing & Promotions.

Lucia Anreus-Hall: Co-Producer & Director of Sales. Anreus-Hall is president of Destinations Marketing & Promotions, Inc based in Lake Worth, Florida with representatives in Europe, Central & South America, the Caribbean, United States and Canada. Anreus-Hall brings to the team 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, worldwide tourism, consulting, representation, promotions, events, catering & product development.

Anreus-Halls organization was responsible for creating dozens of pioneering marketing projects such as: Central America Prefers Visa: the first ever, multi Central America destinations tourist program sponsored by VISA International. This promotion and networking was marketed in 24 countries including: Mexico, Central America, South America, United States, Canada and the Caribbean. Additional campaigns where: Peru Prefers Visa, Central America Prefers Visa, the Bahamas Prefers Visa and the Caribbean Prefers Visa. Anreas-Hall’s organization were pioneers in the new Panama tourism era helping to develop the first Nature, Adventure and Culture program with printed information and marketing worldwide.

Boomers Abroad

BoomersAbroad.com was born in direct response to hundreds of conversations with baby boomers from the USA and Canada who were seeking a new life, and to better understand how they might live abroad, travel abroad, relocate abroad, retire abroad and/or invest abroad. Leading industry experts and many of those who have journeyed ahead will share their personal experiences and knowledge in a great variety of areas.

Boomers Living Abroad

The number of Americans and Canadians living abroad, by today's count approximately 7 million (according to The Washington Post), is twice the population of Chicago and greater than that of 33 U.S. States. A number that has grown steadily over the past decade, and it is expected to more than double within ten years. In the next 20 years, 100 million baby boomers, from the USA and Canada, are going to retire. Five million baby boomers turn age 60 each year, Ten Thousand per day, Eight per minute, and scores of them are purchasing property abroad as vacation homes or investment homes. Naturally, many of them are auditioning these homes for potential primary retirement residences.

Boomers Abroad Online Community

At BoomersAbroad.com online community members can ask experts their questions, create their own profiles, join groups of those who share their particular interests, create their own groups, make friends, upload photos, and have their own blogs, among other features. Using the online community model, our goal is to provide the necessary information, education, guidance, resources, tools and alternatives to start boomers down the path of discovering and understanding all that living, retiring and investing abroad has to offer.
