Hi All,
What a week!!!  Highest occupancy since 2007, thousands of happy people everywhere and from everywhere, Easter bunny was here and a 7.2 earthquake!!!!

First of all, we had about an hour ago a huge earthquake, a 7.2 one, everyone and everything is OK, no serious damages reported yet. This s the biggest one registered in 30 years. That is what CNN was reporting minutes ago, it was a good test for our buildings and authorities. Civil protection officers went out immediately to provide help if needed and assess damages, our buildings reports no damages at this time.

This week registered the highest occupancy since 2007, Friday we had severe traffic in Puerto Penasco, because of the semana santa religious festivities combined with literally thousands of tourist who came from West Texas, Chihuahua, Hermosillo, Sinaloa, New Mexico, Arizona, Baja and Southern California.

Easter week is expected to be very busy too with more American tourism.

This week Puerto Penasco showed something …… 1st Is prepared to receive and take care of thousands of tourist from everywhere, 2nd People loves Puerto Penasco, 3rd it is a VERY safe beach destination, 4th Having commercial international flights to Phoenix, Sky Harbor will assure the constant flow of Puerto Penasco fans to this Paradise in progress, and 5th Puerto Penasco Authorities and the Civil Protection department are prepared to serve the population in any event !!!!

See you soon!!!

Securing the New American Dream

SecuringtheNewAmericanDream

Buying Real Estate is a central part of the American Dream. Buying  Real Estate abroad is the New American Dream, but only a small percentage of families in the United States -- or  from Canada -- can afford to invest in vacation home or retirement / investment  properties. As a  visitor to Mexico you are probably among that group, and you probably have considered -- or are considering -- buying real estate or a fractional property somewhere in Mexico, like Playa del Carmen, Acapulco, Puerto Vallarta, Guadalajara, Puerto Penasco, Punta Mita, Ajijic, Costa Alegre, Sayulita.......

Boomers Abroad

BoomersAbroad.com was born in direct response to hundreds of conversations with baby boomers from the USA and Canada who were seeking a new life, and to better understand how they might live abroad, travel abroad, relocate abroad, retire abroad and/or invest abroad. Leading industry experts and many of those who have journeyed ahead will share their personal experiences and knowledge in a great variety of areas.

Boomers Living Abroad

The number of Americans and Canadians living abroad, by today's count approximately 7 million (according to The Washington Post), is twice the population of Chicago and greater than that of 33 U.S. States. A number that has grown steadily over the past decade, and it is expected to more than double within ten years. In the next 20 years, 100 million baby boomers, from the USA and Canada, are going to retire. Five million baby boomers turn age 60 each year, Ten Thousand per day, Eight per minute, and scores of them are purchasing property abroad as vacation homes or investment homes. Naturally, many of them are auditioning these homes for potential primary retirement residences.

Boomers Abroad Online Community

At BoomersAbroad.com online community members can ask experts their questions, create their own profiles, join groups of those who share their particular interests, create their own groups, make friends, upload photos, and have their own blogs, among other features.
