We forget that non verbal communication also forms a large part of what we are saying to the person we are communicating with. Especially, if you want to volunteer and you are either in high school or college, with no source of income. For instance in Ecuador if you over stay say with a tourist visa, even for one day then you stand a chance of paying an outright $ 200 in fines, and if you stay longer then you may pay up to $ 2000.
