Yucatan Real Estate to Benefit from New Tourist Train

A new project from the State government of Yucatan is to build a new high-speed train connecting major points along the Yucatan Peninsula, focused on tourism purposes, and also offering a new benefit to Yucatan real estate owners, as well as those in Playa del Carmen and in Campeche, which are the long-term start and end points of the route.

Yucatan Real Estate – Opportunities in Up-and-Coming Campeche

Posted by Thomas Lloyd in yucatan real estate , Mexico Real Estate , mexico land , living in mexico , Campeche real estate

Thomas Lloyd

A dream for many of us is to own a piece of Yucatan Real Estate, which has been made famous through images of luxury condos on Cancun's beachfront or a beautiful villa in Playa del Carmen. Many people also know about Merida's colonial Historic Center, or the nearby beachfront property available in the nearby Progreso. The Yucatan Peninsula is rich in many real estate options. But one market which is just now being discovered is the Campeche Real Estate area, where there is some excellent Mexico Land available at very reasonable prices for those who want to build their own personalized dream home on the beachfront.

Campeche Real Estate zone Invites the Region to Their Annual Carnival

The Campeche Real estate market has been grabbing much attention over the past year.  Much of this from the new mega million dollar project that will be including a 150 slip marina and Jack Nicklaus golf course.  Cheap Mexico Beachfront real estate is also bringing many new visitors to the area as they discover the beautiful waters and seashells along the beaches.  As the below video shows, many attractions in the area have already started to bring thousands of tourists each week to the zone to visit the beautiful downtown colonial city of Campeche, the mysterious ruins of the Mayan empire, and the large amount of water sport activities along the coast.

Mexico Beachfront for Sale Does Not Look Bad at All after a Snow Blizzard

Posted by Thomas Lloyd in Mexico Real Estate , mexico beachfront , cheap Mexico beachfront real estate , Campeche real estate

Thomas Lloyd

As record snowfalls hit the eastern coast of the United States, many people have started daydreaming of being down in old warm and cozy Mexico. Some northerners are even taking steps to deal with all that excess cold weather by jumping on the plane and coming down as February is producing record number of passengers channeling through the aisles of the Cancun Airport. Even in the Mexico real estate arena, I can say that the attention is high and people are looking once again for warmer climate areas, and if the buyers have a tight budget, this is another reason for their high interest down here south of the border. Some are looking for cheap Mexico beachfront real estate, others are looking for non- tourist cities such as what you find in the Campeche real estate regions, and others are just looking for a place with quick and easy access by plane.

Campeche Real Estate Along the Gulf of Mexico is Attracting Attention

Posted by Thomas Lloyd in Mexico Real Estate , Cheap Mexico Beachfront properties , Campeche real estate

The Mexico real estate market has been on the eye of many people over the past ten years.  Many of the people watching and wondering if they should purchase south of the border are Americans and Canadians who are nearing the age of retiring.  The main attractions are the warmer climate, the less expensive properties, and waterfront options that are well within the tight budgets of many Americans and Canadians.   The Campeche real estate market is one of those areas that have beautiful cheap Mexico beachfront properties.  On the front end of these Campeche properties you will find beautiful velvet white sand, and on the back side you will find a large amazing salt water lagoon.

Tomorrow’s millionaires are made today; Campeche real estate might be the road

I have been speaking to many investors the past several months about the Campeche real estate market.  In the conversations it brings to mind that many people out there are scrambling to make sense of the economic mess created over the last few years, the smart money investors have already keyed in on when and where to begin reinvesting.  Time has taught us all that our lives are cyclical.  Case in point:  bell bottom pants, recessionary times and historically low interest rates. Though some things fade in and out, one inevitable rule has always remained true when it comes to real estate investing, even here in the Mexico real estate market:  location, location, location.

Campeche Real Estate Discovery Trip 3

Posted by Thomas Lloyd in Mexico Real Estate , Campeche real estate , Campeche Beachfront real estate , Campeche beachfront lots , Campeche beaches

Thomas Lloyd

I have always had the image of the water on the Gulf of Mexico being the same as what I see off of the west coast of Florida.  I even heard and read from some people that the beaches in Campeche Mexico were ugly because of the high concentration of the oil industry operations off of Ciudad del Carmen coast line in the southern corner of the state.  But, the Campeche Beachfront real estate that I visited ripped all of my previous assumptions!   These were definitely some of the most desirable Mexico real estate properties that I have visited.

The first morning that we spent in Campeche I was off and running early in the morning to see the city first hand.  I have been whispered that the Campeche Real Estate market was getting ready to take off.  There have been some significant investments by a European developer in the zone and several local, state and federal offices as well have been injecting money into the region.

A number that has grown steadily over the past decade, and it is expected to more than double within ten years. In the next 20 years, 100 million baby boomers, from the USA and Canada, are going to retire. Five million baby boomers turn age 60 each year, Ten Thousand per day, Eight per minute, and scores of them are purchasing property abroad as vacation homes or investment homes.
